As the Brazilian media continues to bring updates on the future of Chelsea winger Robert Kenedy, interesting claims now say the Blues tried to involve him in another deal.
It’s Goal Brasil who features the latest story on the 25-year-old. They say Flamengo keep waiting for a response to their loan bid, as the London side would rather sell him straight away or let him have a spell at a European side.
Since Kenedy only has this offer on the table, Chelsea look for new solutions for him, and tried to include him in an agreement for Sevilla defender Jules Kounde.
It’d already been reported by the European media that the Blues would put players on the table to get a discount for the Frenchman, and now it seems Kenedy is one of the options.
However, Goal says Chelsea did not have a response regarding Sevilla’s potential interest in the Brazilian yet.
It’s said the Blues keep trying to find the ‘most lucrative solution’ for Kenedy, while Flamengo continue to wait for the good news.
The winger already said yes to the Rio de Janeiro side.
