Mohamed-Ali Cho has played all of Angers’ Ligue 1 matches so far this season, picking up 865 minutes and scoring two goals across 13 games.
That’s very impressive given the forward, who mainly plays as a striker but can also operate on the right, only turned 17-years-of-age in January.
Such progress as that stage of his career has inevitably brought attention to Cho, and Chelsea are one of the clubs named in a Monday article from L’Equipe. The French newspaper explain that an exit in the next summer window cannot be ruled out, with multiple clubs having come forward to express their interest.
AC Milan have now joined the clubs in the mix to sign the Angers player. The Rossoneri recently sent a scout to watch Cho, who was presumably impressed.
L’Equipe say the financial situation at Angers means they’d have to consider a sale.
The player is taking things calmly and has appointed a lawyer to look after his future. That representative will work alongside Cho’s family in deciding what happens next.
Any move to Chelsea would likely then see a loan switch elsewhere.
