Chelsea are reportedly making a new effort to sign Neymar from Paris Saint Germain.

That’s today revealed by French outlet Le Parisien, who say the owners of both clubs have met to discuss that potential transfer.

The report claims that Todd Boehly and Nasser Al-Khelaifi were in Paris on Tuesday to talk about Neymar’s move to Chelsea.

Chelsea are said to have been interested in Neymar since the last summer, with their former manager Thomas Tuchel looking to work with him again.

Le Parisien also says that the Blues are chasing manager Luis Enrique for the managerial position. The Spaniard won the Champions League with Neymar at Barcelona, and if replacing Graham Potter, he would be another argument to attract the player to the Stamford Bridge.

Commenting on the claims, French journalist Cedric Rabiat said on Twitter: “Unexpected. 60 million euros will not be enough to conceal the industrial accident. But given Neymar’s current level…”
