Chelsea loanee Nathan is not really having a good spell at Brazilian side Atlético Mineiro.
Sent to his home country in the last summer transfer window, the player was seen as a potential star for Galo for the end of the 2018 season.
But Nathan isn’t nearly impressing so far, and as reported by outlet UOL today, his loan at Atlético could even be cut short in January.
The website says that the agreement between the clubs says the loan spell should run until the next summer.
However, given his poor time at Atlético, the club would be considering offering him to some other sides in the January market.
UOL highlights that Nathan’s last game was on October 14, and since then, he’s only stayed on the bench, even when the manager selected an alternative team for an easy game against Paraná.
Signed by Chelsea in 2015, Nathan is on his fourth loan spell.
