Dusan Vlahovic scored a goal and contributed an assist for Juventus at the weekend, as they beat Bologna 2-0.

That makes his figures for the season look a lot better, after he failed to find the back of the net for his club during September. That period saw defeats to PSG and Benfica in the Champions League, and no Serie A wins during the month.

Juventus are seventh in the league and there’s been much talk around the club about what needs to change. Getting Vlahovic back in the scoring routine is certainly a big step in the right direction.

Il Bianconero report the first ‘threats’ are on the way with regards to a transfer for the player, with Arsenal leading the story.

Mikel Arteta’s side had been heavily linked with the striker when he was leaving Fiorentina, with it repeatedly insisted in Italy that La Viola would rather sell to Arsenal than Juventus.

There doesn’t seem a great deal of reason for Arsenal, who seem quite happy with Gabriel Jesus, to target him. Nevertheless, Il Bianconero say ‘Certainly Arsenal’ when it comes to interested clubs.

According to the report, Arteta would like an out-and-out striker as he pushes towards Premier League glory. Chelsea, PSG and Bayern Munich are also thrown into the mix.
