The 32 year old has been linked with Celtic in recent weeks, following claims the Scottish Premiership champions had tabled a bid for the player.
Goalbien have reported the latest developments on Tosic’s future at Beskitas, after the Serbian was linked with a move to Celtic.
With the arrival of Domagoj Vida in this window this put doubts over Tosic’s future with the Turkish champions, and it seems like Trabzonspor are closing in on the central defender.
This week Tosic requested a salary increase from Besiktas, but even though they will sit down with the Serbia international to discuss this, Trabzonspor are looking to move in on the former QPR man.
The 32 year old could leave the Turkish side this window after the arrival of Vida, and Celtic are in the mix to sign the Serbia international, after reports they’ve tabled a €3m bid.
It was recently claimed Celtic were leading the way for Tosic, as Brendan Rodgers looks to bring in a replacement for Erik Sviatchenko, but he may now have to look elsewhere.
