Good news comes from Italy on Moise Kean and his future at Juventus.
Just last week there had been multiple reports in the country bemoaning the deal agreed with the Toffees, which will see the Turin side send over €40m to Everton for the total cost of the loan-turned-permanent-transfer.
A failed move to Nottingham Forest in the summer was regretted and it was even claimed all the clauses for the deal to be made permanent hadn’t been met and that Juventus would be asking Everton for a discount.
Now there’s optimism around Kean, thanks to two goals in a 3-0 victory over Lazio at the weekend. That followed a winning goal against Hellas Verona in the club’s previous Serie A match, and now the player is being hyped.
Il Bianconero report ‘from here he can change history’ and whereas the transfer fee agreed with Everton ‘seemed like a huge amount’ just days ago, the situation is now changing.
The Italian word for fickle is volubile.
