Haberturk journalist Serdar Ali Celikler has given the latest developments with regards to Galatasaray’s transfer targets for next season.
He claims Galatasaray are still interested in re-signing Everton’s Henry Onyekuru on another loan deal, but he believes the Merseyside club are only looking to sell the Nigerian.
The Turkish journalist says Leverkusen are looking to offer €800K a season to the Everton youngster which is less than the €1.2m he was reportedly earning with Gala last season.
It’s claimed Everton have told Galatasaray they may consider a loan deal for the 21 year old if nobody meets their asking price. If the Istanbul club do find an agreement with the Toffees, the player would likely earn more than with Leverkusen.
Onyekuru scored 16 goals for the Super Lig side last season, helping Cim Bom to retain the Turkish League title.
