With 10 goals, Yohan Boli is behind Antwerp’s Dieumerci Mbokani in the list of the Jupuiler Pro League’s leading scorers this season.
The Sint-Truiden star’s performances have caught attention from clubs in Belgium and across Europe.
According to Het Belang van Limburg, Brighton & Hove Albion are one of the clubs to have ‘showed interest’ in the 26-year-old.
His contract runs down after the end of this campaign and the newspaper states there are chances Sint-Truiden could cash in from his sale in the winter market.
Apart from Brighton, Anderlecht, Club Brugge, clubs in France, Germany and the Middle East are looking at the Ivory Coast international.
Het Nieuwsblad also talks about Brighton’s interest and they state Sint-Truiden’s hope is to get €2.5-3m for Boli in January.
Graham Potter has Neal Maupay, Glenn Murray and Aaron Connolly as the three strikers in his squad.
Maupay has impressed this season with six goals, while Murray and Connolly have collectively scored two goals in 22 league appearances.
Boli could be Murray’s replacement at Brighton. The 36-year-old’s contract with the English club expires in 2020.
