Over the past few weeks, there’s been a near constant stream of articles published in Italy about the interest of Serie A clubs in Arsenal’s Jakub Kiwior.
However, there is also a Premier League club after the Poland international, according to Calciomercato.it, and that’s Brentford.
The website have an article surrounding all the clubs after the Arsenal defender, and throw the Bees in the mix as well.
Brentford have continued their constant set of impressive results in the Premier League this season, currently sat 10 points above the relegation zone after 17 games.
However, there appears to be a need fora defensive reinforcement in January, which is why they are looking at the Arsenal player.
As things stand, Calciomercato.it reckon that AC Milan, AS Roma, Napoli and Lazio ‘have already made moves’, while ‘there is competition’ from Brentford and Nice in France.
They also add that ‘it cannot be excluded’ that others clubs in England and Germany could have also ‘sounded out the agents’ of the player.
The big problem for everyone, however, is that Arsenal are not interested in letting him go in January, and every club to have approached the Gunners has been met with a ‘flat no’, meaning Brentford will have to look elsewhere.
