According to Turkish newspaper Star, Bournemouth are interested in signing Fenerbahce striker Vedat Muriqi and are planning to follow his progress until the start of the winter transfer window.
The Kosovo international has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur in recent weeks following claims they’ve been sending scouts to watch him for club and country.
It’s reported Bournemouth are looking for alternatives if Callum Wilson leaves the club and Fenerbahce’s Kosovan striker has emerged as a target for the Cherries. The England international has been linked with a move away from the Premier League side.
Star again report Tottenham are also interested in Muriqi and there have been reports that like Bournemouth they’ll continue to watch him up until the next transfer window.
The 25 year old has made a great start to the season with Fenerbahce after joining the Super Lig side during the last transfer window.
He’s scored three goals for Fener in seven league appearances and is under contract with the Yellow Canaries until June 2023.
