AFC Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest are 15th and 16th in the table respectively and have already secured a place in the Premier League next season.

The two English clubs have their eyes set on Alessandro Buongiorno. Earlier this month, Toro News stated the Cherries and the Tricky Trees like the Torino player and are ‘aiming to bring’ him to the Premier League.

This is now backed up by Calciomercato, who claim Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest are showing interest in signing the 23-year-old in the summer.

The centre-back came up through the ranks of the Serie A side’s youth system, but has only been a regular this season. He’s starred for them, managing a goal and two assists from 36 games.

Torino are aware Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest are in the mix for the player. It’s stated they will ‘try to ward off’ the sirens from the two clubs by offering a new contract to Buongiorno. His current deal expires in 2025.

Time will tell if Torino can ‘ward off’ the Cherries and Steve Cooper’s side.
