Aksam today reports Besiktas will face competition to sign Everton forward Ademola Lookman with reports their bitter rivals Galatasaray are also considering making an offer for the 21 year old.
Earlier this week we covered reports from the Turkish press that Besiktas are interested in the Everton man.
Galatasaray loaned Henry Onyekuru from Everton last summer which turned out to be a huge success for the player and club.
Aksam say there’s a possibility Onyekuru won’t continue at Galatasaray next season and the Cim Bom are reportedly looking for alternatives.
According to the Turkish newspaper, Galatasaray will make a move for Lookman if they don’t keep Onyekuru for another next season but if Gala manage to keep the Nigerian, then Besiktas might have a chance to loan the winger.
Lookman is expected, at least by the Turkish media, to leave Everton on a loan deal this summer and Aksam report both Super Lig clubs are keen on taking the youngster on a temporary basis.
