According to Turkish newspaper Milliyet, Trabzonspor are looking to sell midfielder Ogenyi Onazi due to financial problems.
The Nigeria international was linked with a move to Birmingham City last summer after the Championship side tabled a bid for the player.
Milliyet report Trabzonspor president Ahmet Agaoglu is keen to sell some players in the next window, and most notably Onazi.
The Turkish side have reportedly been unable to pay some of their players for almost three months and FIFA have also enforced a transfer ban on the club this summer.
The 25 year old midfielder was linked with a move to Birmingham City last summer and Milliyet claim the Englsih club are again in the race to sign the former Lazio player.
Onazi is likely to feature at World Cup with Nigeria and the Trabzonspor board will be hoping the tournament will raise interest in the player, and ease a work permit application.
Trabzonspor are looking for offers in the region of €3m, and alongside Birmingham City, there are clubs from Italy said to be interested in signing the Nigerian.
