The information is brought by journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, who reports that Pepe ‘terminates his contract’ with the Gunners.
The reporter has been making big coverage of this case, and earlier today, had already claimed that the player had an agreement with Trabzonspor.
Pepe is now expected to use a private jet to take him from London to Turkey and get the transfer concluded.
The player had been heavily linked to a move to Besiktas, and even Saudi Arabia had been pointed out as a potential destination for him.
Trabzonspor’s approach was reported on Wednesday, and it seems they managed to get to a quick deal with him, with Arsenal not standing in the way.
