Tottenham Hotspur have been linked to Semih Kılıçsoy for weeks, with multiple reports saying Spurs are keen on the Besiktas player.
Those reports have talked about the Turkish side wanting a relatively big fee for the 18-year-old, and therefore they hope that interest will build around Europe.
Borussia Dortmund have been linked as much as Tottenham, but now Arsenal and Manchester City have been brought into the transfer picture.
Monday’s edition of Sabah says a group of clubs had officials watch the youngster against Galatasaray on Sunday, a match which the latter club won 1-0.
The clubs watching Kılıçsoy at the weekend included Arsenal, Manchester City, Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, Juventus and Napoli.
That’s the kind of situation Besiktas will be keen on and they’ll hope an auction scenario can develop. Whether that would put off Tottenham isn’t clear, but the more clubs become interested the less chance there is of a good deal.
Semih Kılıçsoy is a versatile attacker who can play down the middle or wide on either side. He’s scored 10 goals so far this season for Besiktas.
