Earlier today, we covered a brief report from Gazzetta dello Sport on a possible Juventus exit for Dejan Kulusevski in the January window.
There wasn’t an awful lot said, just that it’s possible and it remains to be seen whether clubs such as Arsenal make a move for the Sweden international in the winter market.
More local to Juventus, Corriere Torino also have a take on the player’s situation and Arsenal interest. They say he’s not lacking interest, with Tottenham Hotspur known to be keen, and ‘above all Arsenal’.
The Gunners are said to be ‘forcing’ the issue, and the Turin club will likely agree to a sale if they can get close their €35m valuation. Corriere Torino don’t mention it, but there’s surely the possibility of a loan deal with a mandatory purchase clause linked to achievements.
Kulusevski has made 19 appearances this season, playing in various attacking roles. He can operate in several roles, including on the right wing, right side of midfield, or behind a striker.
Such versatility would add to Mikel Arteta’s options in his Arsenal squad.
Adrien Rabiot is also available.
