According to Italian website Tutto Mercato Web, the former Liverpool man is demanding a new deal so that he can his see his salary increase to €5m.
If the report is to be believed, it looks like the Rossoneri are in no mood to offer him a better deal, which is why they are ready to listen to proposals they receive for the Spaniard in the next transfer window.
Suso has so far impressed with his displays this season, scoring five goals and registering eight assists in 22 Serie A appearances for Milan this season.
Arsenal may feel this is a doable transfer.
