On Wednesday, TuttoMercatoWeb reported a return to Paris Saint-Germain in the summer remains a possibility for Everton’s Moise Kean.
After impressing while on loan at the Ligue 1 side last season, the Toffees let the striker join Juventus on a two-year loan deal in 2021. The Old Lady have an obligation to buy him in 2023, if certain set conditions are met during the 2022/23 season.
However, Kean has struggled to impress or have more prominence under Massimiliano Allegri’s orders this season.
Tuttosport on Thursday states PSG are ‘always interested’ in the Italy international. If the Old Lady were to cut ties with the 22-year-old after this camapign, then they will have to enter into new negotiations with the Merseyside club, which is ‘not an easy undertaking’.
In the event Juve decide to retain the Toffees owned player, then he will be Dušan Vlahović’s backup next season.
If he were to decide to leave in the summer, after the Italian club find an agreement with Everton, then he could return to PSG.
Kean’s agent, Mino Raiola, will ‘try to find him a team’ if his stay at Juventus beyond this season ‘does not guarantee him enough space’.
PSG sporting director Leonardo has ‘excellent relations’ with Raiola and this could help Kean seal a permanent switch to Paris.
It won’t be an easy operation since Juventus, who already have an agreement in place with Everton, will then have to enter into a fresh round of negotiations.
