Elseid Hysaj’s agent continues to speak to the Italian press, with no fear that his quotes about a Chelsea move would harm the player’s chances of making it to Stamford Bridge.
On Wednesday, we already covered his rant in which he claimed that ‘players have a soul’ and blamed the Naples press for being so hard on the right-back.
Now speaking to Radio CRC (via Corriere Dello Sport), Mario Giuffredi has tried to say that things are cool between his client and Carlo Ancelotti, but he couldn’t avoid feeding the transfer rumour once again.
First asked if there are negotiations for Hysaj to join Chelsea in the January transfer window, Mario Giuffredi said: “What they wrote is not to be excluded, because Hysaj was wanted by Chelsea even in summer.”
“It seems to me that in that role Sarri doesn’t like Zappacosta and I think he wants another player. I can’t exclude it.”
Giuffredi was once again cryptic and suggested that if there’s no talk there’d be no transfers.
