Galatasaray star Garry Rodrigues has reportedly told his agent Ceylan Caliskan he’ll evaluate offers at the end of the season.

The winger has been linked with a move to Newcastle United in recent months, following two bids from the Premier League side.

Speaking to Milliyet, Caliskan said: “We’ve made a decision with Garry over transfer offers. We decided that we’ll only evaluate them at the end of the season.”

Newcastle United had a €8m offer turned down by the Turkish side in the last window, following their previous attempts to sign the Cape Verde international last summer. The agents comments are a sure hint that a transfer in the next window is being considered.

This hasn’t deterred Newcastle United in their pursuit of Rodrigues, and last weekend they sent a scout to the game between Fenerbahce and Galatasaray.

It’s expected Newcastle United will make another attempt to sign the attacker this summer, but he’s been valued at €30m by his club.

The Cape Verde international has been in outstanding form for Galatasaray since Fatih Terim took over from Igor Tudor, leading to reports he could be heading to the Premier League in the next transfer window.
