For some time a favourite story of the Spanish rumour media has been to explain how keen an English club are on Marco Asensio, and then explain Real Madrid won’t sell him at any price anyway.
Perhaps forgetting what they’ve said previously, Don Balon have a claim on Monday that Chelsea are very keen indeed on the Real Madrid Player.
In that regard, Chelsea would be willing to put €150m on the table, and the response to that is where this rumour differs from the multitude of Asensio claims.
Don Balon state Madrid would find that amount tempting, as they look to raise money to sign Neymar from PSG. The problem from Chelsea, apart from all this coming from Don Balon’s imagination, is that Asensio himself isn’t thought to be keen.
