Everton have been accused of making ‘monstrous requests’ for striker Beto which could end up scaring away Torino this month.

Tuttomercatoweb report that Everton are running the risk of scaring away the main suitor for Beto if they don’t show a willingness to change.

Beto has been heavily linked with a move back to Italy this month after barely featuring under Sean Dyche again this season.

Torino are keen on him and have been talking to Everton about a deal, but several reports have made it clear the Toffees want €20-25m included as the clause in a loan deal.

TMW back this up, reporting that Everton do not seem to be willing to listen to offer below €20m for the striker at this moment in time.

That has ‘scared Toro a bit’ and they’ve made it clear that the deal will not happen if those conditions are set in stone.

The Italian club absolutely want Beto, and he’s been approved by the higher ups but Everton’s ‘monstrous requests’ has led them to pursue other ideas instead.

It’s not dead in the water by any means, but Everton may need to show a bit more flexibility to ensure they don’t miss out on a deal completely.
