Radu Drăgușin has seen his game time limited since arriving at Tottenham Hotspur from Genoa in January.

The centre-back has made 18 appearances in all competitions for Spurs, of which nine are from this season. He was linked with a move away from Tottenham in the summer.

Recent claims in the Italian media have stated Napoli and Juventus have identified the 22-year-old as a target for the winter market. The Turin club have already confirmed their desire to sign a new centre-back to ease injury worries.

Drăgușin’s agent Florin Manea has been speaking to Telecapri to discuss the latest on his client’s situation at Tottenham. His comments are relayed by CalcioNapoli1926.it.

The representative is pleased with the reports linking the Romania international to the Serie A duo. At the same time, he has ruled out a move away from the north London club in the next window.

“It’s an honour for Radu to be wanted by teams like Napoli and Juve, but right now these are just rumours,” he said.

“We are focused on Tottenham, he still has five years left on his contract. It is not easy to go to a top club and impose yourself right away, he is still 22 years old.

“If he never plays this season it is normal that other evaluations will be made: in January he won’t move, in June he will be evaluated.”

Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven have been the first-choice centre-back pairing for Tottenham this season. Ange Postecoglou has used Drăgușin when one of them haven’t been available for selection.
