It’s never been a secret that Juventus would like to have Paul Pogba back from Manchester United, and since the midfielder’s contract with the Red Devils expires at the end of the season, this is one of the main rumours in the Italian media.
Now it turns out that the Bianconeri could end up going after another player from Old Trafford. That’s Anthony Martial, who’s having a loan spell at Sevilla and returns to England in the summer.
Newspaper La Stampa (via Calciomercato.it) claims the Old Lady are now interested in signing the forward on a loan with an option to buy. This way, they could get a ‘double free blow’ at Manchester United in the next transfer window.
It’s said Martial is ‘looking for redemption’ and will leave the Red Devils in the summer ‘barring sensational surprises’.
His links with Juventus have been going on for a few years, and that could indeed turn out to be a good chance for the Serie A giants to go after him and Pogba at Manchester United.
