Despite what has been said in the past about Paris Saint-Germain not being all that interested in Tottenham’s Dele Alli, the story refuses to go away.
Le Parisien tried to clear up the situation last week by claiming the story sort of created itself due to the player’s big name profile and the fact the Ligue 1 champions are who they are, but now it’s being reported the England international has taken note of things and is curious.
This is according to Foot Mercato, who report on Tuesday that following reported interest from Paris Saint-Germain, Alli decided to go out of his way to ask Serge Aurier about life at the club.
They explain the midfielder ‘spoke for a long time’ with his teammate, and ‘the idea of playing in the Parc des Princes doesn’t displease him’, ‘seduced’ by the possibility of moving to the French team.
Furthermore, it’s made clear that ‘exchanges between Tottenham and Paris Saint-Germain are rather positive’ regarding a move, even if RMC Sport reported on Monday that Daniel Levy didn’t want to see his star leave.
The idea would be to bring Alli in on loan, but that seems like a long shot, and unlikely to be something the Spurs chairman would agree with.
