Juventus chief Fabio Paratici ‘hopes to do a bit of everything’ with Wolverhampton Wanderers this summer, including a deal for Raul Jimenez.
That’s what Tuttosport report today, explaining that the Juve supremo is looking to sell several players so he can fund more incomings at the Italian giants.
He plans to do this by meeting several English clubs, including West Ham, Fulham, Watford and Wolves.
The latter is as a result of his relationship with super-agent Jorge Mendes, with who he has already held ‘numerous contacts’.
Mendes represents the Mexican and has been working on a ‘mediation’ for some time, with today’s summit at Juve planned to discover which Juventus players they would be interested in.
The focus will likely be on Aaron Ramsey, Douglas Costa and Alex Sandro, while Wolves also have a ‘soft spot’ for Merih Demiral. Daniele Rugani and Cristian Romero are also options.
Wolves obviously cannot buy all of those players, yet if Paratici can move at least one player on, their move for Jimenez would become ‘less complicated’.
A deal is still tricky, but one thing is clear, the Wolves star is at the top of Juventus’ wishlist, although there are many ‘pitfalls’ including Juve’s asking price and apparent interest from Manchester United.
