Nottingham Forest are around the European media today as claims come in about the club’s January business.
In Greece, it’s been reported Joao Carvalho could be leaving to replace Wolves-bound Daniel Podence at Olympiacos. Whilst in Spain it’s been reported Forest are on the verge of signing Barcelona youngster Marcus McGuane, confirmation on that also in the Netherlands where the player has been on loan at SC Telstar.
Now there’s a fresh claim from Sweden, Fotboll Direkt are reporting on Tuesday afternoon that Nottingham Forest have reached an agreement with Julian Larsson.
He’s been with AIK, but FD say, according to their own sources, he’s recently signed a three year contract with Forest.
The 18 year old is a striker and had been on a youth contract with AIK, where he’s been involved with the senior squad a few times. A contract proposal from the Swedish club hasn’t been accepted, which left him free to find a new destination.
FD say the deal has been signed and will be made official shortly.
