Fotomac report Galatasaray are planning to part ways with Mario Lemina so they can bring in former target Ever Banega in the January transfer window.
The Turkish champions were strongly linked with a move for the Argentine midfielder in the summer but instead they loaned Fulham’s Jean Michael Seri and Southampton’s Lemina.
However, Fotomac report they will look to make another move for Banega and if they land the 31 year old they will look to offload the Southampton man.
Cim Bom loaned Mario Lemina on deadline day but he’s failed to hit the ground running for his new club.
Last night the player wasn’t involved in the Super Lig side’s 1-0 defeat to Real Madrid in the Champions League.
The foreigner rule in Turkey means Gala need to reduce their squad in order to in new faces, so cancelling Lemina’s loan contract could be an option.
However, they seem to believe getting Banega away from Sevilla would be easier than the reality.
