Édouard Michut is one of the talented youngsters at Paris Saint-Germain.
The 16-year-old, who primarily operates as an attacking midfielder, can play in other positions as well and his progress with the Ligue 1 side has drawn attention from several European clubs.
Two days ago, L’Equipe reported the youngster has caught the attention of Barcelona, Valencia and Manchester City.
While talking about the Catalan club, the French newspaper states PSG could see the teenager move to Barcelona after the former grabbed Kays Ruiz-Atil and Xavi Simons from the La Liga champions.
L’Equipe also stated the Blaugrana leaders have already met Michut’s agent, and that led to a ‘project proposal’ and the two parties will meet again in January.
These claims have been picked up Mundo Deportivo, who say the Paris based committed ‘theft’ by signing Ruiz-Atil and Simons.
Regarding Michut, Barcelona sources have denied interest. However, they admit to having scouted him on more than one occasion, but without writing a positive or negative report.
Mundo end their report by stating, ‘at the Camp Nou they speculate that it could be a matter of representatives’… which means agents playing games.
