Sabah report Galatasaray have agreed personal terms with Fulham midfielder Jean Michael Seri and now the Turkish club are trying to convince the Championship side over a loan deal.
It’s reported the 27 year old has spoken with his former Fulham teammate Ryan Babel about life in Istanbul, and after advice from the Dutchman Seri wants to join Gala this summer.
Seri has reportedly also informed Fulham about his desire to head to Turkey and Sabah say Galatasaray board member Sukru Haznedar has held talks with the London club about the player.
If Fulham decide to accept Galatasaray’s €1.5m loan offer, then the player will join the Istanbul side on a season-long loan deal, and will earn €2.5m.
Seri has been linked with a move Italian clubs AS Roma, AC Milan and Napoli, yet Sabah are confident he will join Galatasaray on a temporary basis before the window closes.
AC Milan were said to be interested in signing the Ivory Coast international but yesterday we covered reports that they’ve been put off by Fulham’s asking price.
