According to Fotomac, Badou Ndiaye’s agent William D’Avila has called Fenerbahce sporting director Damien Comolli and told him he can take the Stoke City midfielder to the Ulker Stadium this summer.
Last season the player was loaned out to Fener’s local rivals Galatasaray after Stoke City’s relegation to the Championship.
D’Avila, whose influence in Turkish football is growing rapidly, has reportedly told Comolli that signing Ndiaye would be a good move.
Fenerbahce are close to signing to former Galatasaray player Garry Rodrigues, another client represented by D’Avila, and Fotomac say Ndiaye could follow the Cape Verde international.
The final decision will be made by the Super Lig club’s manager Ersun Yanal, and Comolli has informed D’Avila they will act once they get the green light from the Turkish coach.
Last week, we covered claims from Turkey that Ndiaye is a target for Everton and now it seems Fenerbahce are also in the picture.
The 28 year old previously stated he doesn’t want to play for Stoke City in the English second tier.
He’s under contract with the Potters until June 2022.
