Nottingham Forest, West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur reportedly showed interest in signing Atalanta’s Ruslan Malinovskyi in the last window.
Earlier this month, we covered a claim from Calciomercato that the Tricky Trees and David Moyes’ side decided against making a move for the 29-year-old because of the €50m fee requested by the Serie A club.
It was also stated that Nottingham Forest and West Ham could revive their interest in the attacking midfielder ahead of the winter market.
Italian journalist Paolo Bargiggia claims the Ukraine international is likely to make a switch to the Premier League.
According to Bargiggia, Nottingham Forest are ahead of the Hammers as the player’s next possible destination.
“Malinovskyi, in all probability, will leave Atalanta. His future could be in England. 60% he will go to Nottingham Forest, 30% to West Ham, another club interested in the player. 10% for other possible destinations,” the journalist told 7 Gold, as relayed by Area Napoli.
The former Genk man has entered his final year of contract and without a renewal, Gian Piero Gasperini’s side could try to cash in from his sale in January.
Malinovskyi has a goal and an assist to his name from seven league matches this season for Atalanta.
