Fulham’s Willian has attracted interest from three clubs, according to reports coming out of Brazil.
The 35-year-old’s deal expires at the end of June and Marco Silva has publicly stated the Premier League side are trying to extend his contract. He hasn’t yet signed a new deal at Fulham, and vultures are circling around to snatch him away from Fulham.
Journalist André Hernan took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to state that two clubs from England and one from Italy have carried out surveys for the Fulham winger.
He further states the Brazilian has ruled out a move back to his home country and is waiting for the window to open.
Hernan’s claim is echoed by PL Brasil, and both reports make no mention of the details of the clubs that have shown interest in the former Chelsea man. The latter states the three teams are ‘bigger than Fulham’.
With Marco Silva keen on retaining the South American, PL Brasil state Willian staying at Fulham is ‘not ruled out’.
Willian, who joined the Whites in 2022, has managed five goals and two assists from 36 games this season.
