Wolverhampton Wanderers continue to be named by the Italian media as the main contenders for the signing of Franck Kessie.

Newspaper Tuttosport today has a story about Milan’s midfield, and they say the Ivorian international is the most likely player to leave the club in January.

Kessie was left out of the weekend match against Juventus, reportedly due to his physical condition and after being late for training, and that makes him the ‘most easily sacrificed’ for the winter market.

Tuttosport says that Wolves’ eyes are on Kessie, and as usual, recalls the clubs have worked together on the transfer of Patrick Cutrone last summer.

The outlet now says that the Rossoneri will be demanding €35m for the transfer, with the possibility of a negotiation.

Just yesterday, Tuttosport had similar claims, but saying Kessie would cost between €25m and €35m. They’ve also said that Wolves are ‘above’ the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham and West Ham, who have been linked to the player in the past.
