Another day, another story linking Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Raúl Jiménez to Juventus.

It’s Tuttosport who once again push the issue, but they seem to suggest this Thursday that the Mexico international has jumped up the list of desired players in Turin.

They claim that, alongside Arkadiusz Milik, Jiménez is ‘in the front row’ when it comes to Maurizio Sarri’s desired players to bolster his attack, and there’s a good reason for that.

It’s said the Mexico international is seen as the ‘ideal sidekick’ for Cristiano Ronaldo up front for Juventus due to his ability of ‘filling the area’, but also because of his ‘aggression and generosity’ when the team don’t have the ball.

The fact he’s got the same agent as the global superstar (Jorge Mendes) is also seen as a bonus.

There’s mention of Manchester United’s interest in there too, although it doesn’t seem to be anywhere near as prominent as that of Juventus’ for the time being.

But, that’s one of the reasons why Arkadiusz Milik is also being looked at, alongside the fact the Poland international’s contract runs out next year, compared to Jiménez’s, which runs until 2023.

The Italian media aren’t dropping this, and there might be a reason for it…
