At the weekend, claims from the UK reported Wolverhampton Wanderers and West Ham United are eyeing up a move for Bayer Leverkusen’s Amine Adli this summer.

Bild now takes a look at Wolves’ desire to bring the forward to Molineux, without making any mention of West Ham.

Bild report Wolves want to sign the 25-year-old and have made contact with him.

According to the newspaper, Adli has received a ‘concrete offer’ from the Premier League side. The details of their proposal aren’t mentioned, but he has asked the German club’s leaders to hold talks with Wolves.

The Morocco international joined the Bundesliga club from Toulouse for €7.5m in 2021. He initially had a good start before falling behind Florian Wirtz, who moved to Liverpool this summer.

Despite Wirtz’s sale to the Reds, Bild indicate Adli is unlikely to feature regularly under Erik ten Hag. Therefore, Bayer Leverkusen won’t prevent his sale if they receive an offer of €30m including bonuses.

Although Vítor Pereira’s side’s side are keen, although there’s no clarity whether they are willing to meet Bayer Leverkusen’s demand.

Last season, Adli’s game time was restricted due to injury and he played 1,189 minutes from 28 games, managing two goals and two assists.
