It’s hard keeping a good player in the Italian third division, even on a loan deal, as he may be called back in the middle of the season.
This is the situation lived by Albissola at the moment. As reported by Cittadella Spezia today, midfielder Shady Oukhadda has been doing so well that he may be called back by Torino in the January window.
The Serie A side are watching the player, who’s ‘shining too much to stay in the third division’, and should soon bring him to a higher level.
Cittadella Spezia claims that Torino should be glad they signed him on a free deal in 2014, as other clubs are already interested, including Wolverhampton Wanderers.
They don’t say much about Wolves’ chase for him, only claiming he’s ‘wanted’ by the Premier League side.
With certainly not many Wolves fans watching the Italian third division, maybe there will be more chances to watch Oukhadda once he returns to Turin. That may happen this month already.
