Leeds United and Arsenal are regularly named as the Premier League clubs to have shown interest in Club Brugge star Noa Lang.

On October 14th, Het Nieuwsblad reported the Whites have been following the winger ‘for some time’.

Two days later, Calciomercato stated the Gunners have been ‘pressing’ to sign the 22-year-old and are ahead of AC Milan in the transfer chase.

Club Brugge manager Philippe Clement has already admitted it would be difficult for his side to retain the Netherlands international beyond the winter market, if they receive an interesting proposal.

Voetbal Belgie now have a report on the attacker and the aforementioned clubs, along with West Ham United and Borussia Mönchengladbach, are tagged. The Bundesliga side ‘seem to have a little chance’ of signing the player, likely because of his price tag.

It’s said the Jupiler Pro League winners would look to raise €40m from the Dutchman’s potential sale in January. Although his market value is €25m, Club Brugge have set a high price of €40m to ‘scare interested clubs’ like Arsenal, Leeds, West Ham and others.

The Belgian club’s intention is to retain Lang until the end of this season and also hope that his valuation increases, if he manages to shine with more goals and assists.

He’s scored four goals and contributed five assists in 16 matches this campaign.
