Italian outlet Calcio Mercato today features a story on the future of Nikola Milenkovic, who should soon be on his way out of Fiorentina.

The defender’s recent quotes show he’s not willing to stay at La Viola, and since his contract with the club expires next year, they’re now forced to sell him in the summer to avoid losing him for free in 2022.

The report brings a long list of clubs who are interested in signing the 23-year-old, and among them, there’s Everton and Tottenham Hotspur.

Calcio Mercato claims the Toffees and Spurs are still to make a move, but are currently ‘evaluating the profile’ of Milenkovic. Both clubs are said to be ‘willing to invest in the market’.

Meanwhile, Fiorentina reportedly ‘hope’ they can make around €30m with Milenkovic’s departure. Calcio Mercato mentions there could be an ‘auction’ given the big competition for the player.

Apart from Everton and Tottenham, the likes of Inter Milan, Manchester United, AC Milan and West Ham are all said to be in the race as well. The report says the most likely destination for the Serbian international is the Premier League.
