AC Milan are reportedly the latest club to show interest in the West Ham midfielder Pedro Obiang. Despite having signed for the Hammers last summer for €6m, the player failed to impress in the Premier League and could be on his way out this week.

Calcio Mercato says Obiang was offered to Milan, who are considering the signing as a good idea.

They say the transfer is difficult, but not impossible: West Ham want between €6m and €7m for the player. Milan would like a loan with an option to buy, since they don’t want to spend this amount.

The possibility is said to be in Milan’s hands now, and the club have three days to decide what to do.

Last week, it was also said that Fiorentina would be interested in the 24-year-old, with other reports from Italy saying his departure from the Premier League seems very likely.
