Fotospor claim West Ham United will watch Vedat Muriqi on Saturday night when Fenerbahce face Galatasaray at the Turk Telekom Arena.
The Kosovan striker has been strongly linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur in the Turkish press, but recent reports also say West Ham are monitoring the player. Along with the two London clubs, Manchester United are reported to be tracking the attacker.
Manuel Pellegrini’s side signed Sebastian Haller from Frankfurt in the summer and the Frenchman has made an impressive start in the Premier League, scoring three goals in the opening five games.
However, West Ham could still be in the market for another striker to compete with Haller and, according to Fotospor Muriqi, is an option.
The 25 year old will be making has debut in an Istanbul derby this weekend and West Ham scouts will reportedly watch him very closely during the game.
Muriqi, who has scored three goals in five games for Fener this season, is under contract with the Super Lig club until June 2023.
