West Ham United are having a very positive start to the Premier League season, and find themselves in second place after three games.
It follows on from them winning the Europa Conference League at the end of last season, and David Moyes is starting to escape from the doubt which had been surrounding him.
Michail Antonio has been part of that success, playing in all three league matches this season and scoring in the last two, against Chelsea and Brighton.
He could soon be leaving West Ham, if claims on Monday morning are to be believed. According to journalist Santi Aouna, Al-Ettifaq want to sign him.
There’s been contact between the club and the Hammers player, and it’s stated West Ham are open to a transfer for the 33-year-old.
Al-Ettifaq are managed by Steven Gerrard, and have been one of the Saudi clubs investing this summer. The basis of a deal for Antonio, and what the player or the Hammers would be offered, isn’t made clear.
