West Ham United, Valencia and Juventus are set to meet in Turin on Monday to close the deal for Simone Zaza, report Super Deporte.

Valencia already have an agreement with Juventus to sign Zaza on loan without a mandatory purchase option. Zaza is also expected to attend the meeting as Juventus will be looking to terminate his contract at the London club.

It’s been reported Valencia already have an agreement with the Italian international, and the player is still keen on a switch. West Ham would also be hoping to wrap up the deal quickly, as they’d want to bring in a replacement in January.

West Ham boss Slaven Bilic will be keen to bolster his attacking options this month after the failings of Zaza and also Jonathan Calleri. Like Zaza the Argentine arrived in the summer, but hasn’t made an impact since coming to England.

The Premier League side were linked to a number of forwards in the summer, but failed to find an agreement with most.

Zaza made 11 appearances for the London club, with his last appearance coming against Manchester United in November. The 25 year old will now be hoping to revive his career in Spain, but it certainly won’t be easy with Valencia lying just above the relegation zone.
