On Thursday we covered claims from Italy that AC Milan and Liverpool are both keen on Dani Olmo.

It was explained that if the player faces a straight choice between the two grand clubs of European football then he’d plump for the Premier League team.

The same report said the transfer fee wouldn’t be a problem for either club, with Dinamo Zagreb thought to want €10m. Remember that figure.

Friday’s edition of Catalan newspaper Sport is on the case, and that’s because Olmo is from Catalonia and came through the youth systems at Espanyol and Barcelona before taking the big step of a move to Zagreb.

It’s clearly not gone too badly for the 20 year old, and Sport says West Ham are another interested club so ready to rival Liverpool and others to the ‘fashionable’ signing.

They call it fashionable because he’s a growing star in Croatia right now.

As well as West Ham, Borussia Dortmund are brought into the pitcture, with Milan getting another mention.

And the price, Sport believe it’s €25m, just the €15m more than Thursday’s claims.
