Italian outlet Noi Biancocelesti today analyses the many players who could be joining Lazio this summer. Following the arrival of manager Maurizio Sarri, there’s now a lot of gossip about who could follow the coach to the Serie A side.

One of the names in that list is West Ham midfielder Felipe Anderson.

The website points out that when Sarri was announced by Lazio, one of the biggest requests on the club’s social media post was about the return of the Brazilian midfielder.

Noi Biancocelesti says the idea could become ‘concrete’, as ‘who knows’ if he could become the ‘gift’ for their fans this summer.

Felipe Anderson is now returning to West Ham from a loan spell at Porto which didn’t go very well for him. With only ten appearances in one entire season, his permanent move wasn’t even considered by the Dragons.

Since David Moyes didn’t want the player in the Hammers’ squad last summer, it looks unlikely he’d think different now. So for Lazio to get him, it’s just a matter of sitting and negotiating with the London side.
