Pretty much every football club have at some point gone through the situation where one of their players is seen ‘like a new signing’ during a transfer window.

There are many reasons why that can happen, such as recovery from an injury or even a new boost in his form.

This is the case of West Ham loanee Felipe Anderson, as he’s seen by Porto as one of the ‘reinforcements already at the Olival’.

The headline is brought by newspaper Record, with a story claiming that the Brazilian is leading the group of players who are ‘coming out of the shadows’.

Despite his poor start at Porto, Felipe Anderson is actually getting some praise now, being called the ‘biggest name’ among those who can help the Dragons in the final part of the season. He has seven appearances for the club so far.

That’s good news for West Ham, with whom he has a contract until 2022, as the Premier League side can now probably find a better deal for him next summer.
