West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic is set to hold talks with the agent of Simone Zaza (also the player’s father) over the future of the forward with the Premier League side.
Zaza signed for West Ham in the last window from Juventus, but in recent weeks has been linked with a move back to Serie A after failing to make an impact.
Il Mattino have reported this morning Bilic will hold a meeting with the agent of Zaza after the game between Italy and Germany next Tuesday.
The meeting will be centred around if Zaza still has a future at West Ham, with claims Bilic will give the Italy international one more chance to impress him. It’s also been reiterated Zaza is also keen to be a success in England, and at this stage it seems the player is keeping his options open.
Zaza has been linked with the likes of Napoli and AC Milan in recent weeks after failing to score in his first nine games for West Ham. The 24-year-old joined the East London side initially on loan, but is now just game away from getting a permanent move to the club if the 10 game figure is correct. There have been claims in Italy this week that’s 14 instead.
