Juan Carlos Paredes’ days at Watford could be numbered.
According to reports from South America, the player is ready to leave the club as he looks for more game time.
The information was broken by the journalist Christian Martin, who works for Fox Sports (via Estadio). He says Pereira will leave the club in January as he’s already looking for other possibilities after being left out of Watford Premier League registered squad.
The very same journalist had an interview with the Watford midfielder Roberto Pereyra this week, so there’s no doubt he’s very close to this case.
Paredes didn’t have any Premier League appearance this season, as the only minutes he has played were in the EFL Cup clash against Gillingham FC two months ago, which Watford lost 2-1 after extra-time.
Having signed from Granada CF in 2014, Paredes has 64 games for the Hornets, but he’s clearly not wanted by the manager Walter Mazzari, since all this absence started when the Italian boss took charge.
