Watford have been strongly linked to Juventus star Roberto Pereyra, but nothing has materialised up to this point.
The Argentine international managed just 16 appearances last season due to an injury, and Juventus are keen on offloading him this summer.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport on Saturday, Watford remain interested in Pereyra, and are ready to offer €16m to Juventus.
It is reported Pereyra’s representatives are expected to meet tomorrow in Spain to discuss Watford’s offer, and make a decision on his future.
Juventus signed Pereyra in a €14m deal from Udinese last summer, after his impressive debut season on loan at the Serie A club, and reports have earlier suggested they want €16m for him.
The 25-year-old has another four years left on his contract at the Turin club, and it remains to be seen if Watford can quickly complete a deal.
